Return and Replacement I have been informed that this product has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase Eligibility for Return & Replacement – I have been informed that I may apply to return the product and receive a replacement in the following circumstances: -The Product was faulty and/or defective (i.e. malfunction) when received by the customer -On a case-by-case basis, subject to approval I have been informed that the warranty will be void under the following conditions: • Exceeded warranty period. • Damage due to not following the User’s manual. • Device damage due to mishandling or repair by unauthorized persons.
